Christmas Turkey Leftover Sandwich

Turkey came out superb!
We brined it for 5 days in the mixture of spices, orange peel and so much more.
After, we roasted it in oven at 75C for around 9h (with a tray of water in the oven)

Today we shredded Turkey meat, added some stuffing. Dressed it with Mayo. Yummmm.
Shredded red cabbage and marinated it in apple cider vinegar, sugar and salt. Just a quick one.
And a good amount of our new product which is finally Jared!
