Cashew Rayu Pork Belly
Supper easy to make.
Pork belly + Salt, pepper, olive oil.
Put in the oven:
1. 140C* for 1h
2. 160C* for another 1h
3. 180C* for 20min
4. Set your oven on the grill setting at 200C* for another 10/15 minutes.
Serve with Cashew Rayu and your choice of veggies, side dishes.
