Jamaican Jerk Corn Ribs
Corn: you need whole corn on the cob.
Spices: Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Oil: Olive oil
Creme fraiche: We used creme fraiche, but vegan mayo is a great option too.
To garnish, Lime wedges and cilantro.
Cutting the corn is the hardest part of this process. Make sure you grab a sharp knife, and be careful! Hold corn vertical and cut from the top part to the bottom.
Prepare the seasoning by combining Jerk Seasoning and oil in a small bowl and mixing well. Then brush the seasoning over the chopped corn.
Lay the seasoned corn on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 375ºF/190ºC for 25-30 minutes.
