Quinoa salad with smoked salmon & Furikake

  • Quinoa

  • Smoked salmon

  • Spring onions

  • Soya sauce

  • Apple cider vinegar

  • Olive oil

  • Furikake

Add two cups of water to one cup if quinoa, cover and simmer for approximately 15 minutes, until germ separates from the seed. When cooked drain it from the water and set it a side.

This is really a free style salad. You can really add what ever your heart desires. All will work with FURIKAKE!

For the dressing, we mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar and soya sauce. Tasting it all the way to our liking.

Take a ball and add your ingredients, pour dressing over, sprinkle spring onions, coriander and Furikake.

And that simple!
