Harissa originates from North Africa and while every region has its own variation and take on it, it’s particularly associated with Tunisia. Includes dried rose petals to soften the kick of the chilies and add a floral balance to the spicy, smoky peppers.

How to use:

This beatiful and aromatic spice blend is great to give a little kick to your dish but not enough to blow your socks off. Have a little try before using it to determine the spice level. Marinate your meat with it, add it to your tomato sauces, sprinkle it on to your finished dish to give extra something-something, great in the beetroot salad, mix it with olive oil and drizzle it on to the roasted vegetables.

STORAGE
Our Rose Harissa Blend should be stored in a dark, airtight container, to retain its potency.
