Rayu is a Japanese chilli garlic oil packed with Umami. It is commonly found in ramen shops and gyoza restaurants.
Our Cashew Rayu is packed with flavours and textures. It has a satisfying balance between sweet, salty and spicy with a roasted note to it. It has a nice kick to it, and its umami undertones keep you wanting more.
How to use:
Before using Cashew Rayu Chili Oil, give a good steer, as oil tends to separate from oil due to us not using any emulsifiers and stabilisers.
Rayu often used to season bowls of rice, ramen or noodle. It goes particularly well with eggs but can be added to any meal — grilled meats, steamed and roasted veg etc.
STORAGE:
Ones opened Cashew Rayu must be a stored in the fridge, airtight container, to retain its potency.
