Roasted Carrots & Dukkah


Very easy, not much cooking and simply delicious.

Roast your carrots.

Whiles your carrots are in the oven whip Feta & Crème Fraiche together, season it with a little salt. Leave in the fridge until serving.

For your coriander pesto take fresh, washed coriander, peeled garlic, olive oil blitz all ingredient together until smooth paste.

To serve first put your whipped feta, place carrots on the top, add coriander pesto and sprinkle plenty of Dukkah, North African Spice & Nut mix.

Simple, fast and mouth watering.
