Greek inspires Butter beans salad with hanged yoghurt

Greek inspires Butter beans salad with hanged yoghurt, smoky cherry tomatoes, finely chopped courgette, parsley, parsley oil & Za’atar croutons.

First, we marinated butter beans with chopped courgette, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, thyme and garlic.

How to make hanged yogurt?
Mix:
💫300 gr Greek Yogurt
💫 half of a Lemon: juice&zest
💫20ml of olive oil
💫pinch of salt & black peppercorn
Put in the muslin cloth and hang overnight in the fridge.
To make croutons we used our supper sexy Za’atar herb mix.

Ding dong! You are ready to go.
