Artichoke & Shichimi Togarashi

Simplicity at its best!
We love artichoke, and we love it just as it is!


How to:
💫Place artichoke into the deep pot, make sure its enough water to cover the artichoke.
💫Add 3 cloves of garlic, 3 sprigs of thyme, squeeze juice of one lemon, season it with salt and pepper.
💫Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook 15-20min until just soft.
💫Remove from the water and leave aside to cool down when cool, cut in half and serve with Togarashi mayo.

👉For the mayo, mix Togarashi, Mayo and squeeze juice of one lemon, add salt if needed.
